The historic Kump House in Elkins, WV is undergoing restoration and renovation for development into a professional center that provides continuing education and conference facilities for public school teachers in rural West Virginia. The Kump Education Center received grant funds from the Margaret Kump Roberts Fund in support of that project.

St. Paul's United Methodist Church received grant funds from the Denver & Ethel Raines Smith Memorial Fund to purchase double ovens for the church. Church members plan to use the ovens for a fundraising program designed to raise support for families needing help with winter heating bills.
